Operations & Customer Experience Assistant

Location: Beverly Grove, Los Angeles – In Person


Schedule: Approximately 30 hours/week, typically 11:00 AM–5:00 PM, with some flexibility required


Pay: $20–$30/hour, depending on experience and qualifications

We are a growing jewelry and lifestyle brand looking for a reliable, energetic, highly organized person to join our small team and help with the day-to-day operations of the business.

This is a hands-on role for someone who moves quickly, pays attention to the little things, and genuinely cares about creating a great customer experience. Because we are a small and fast-moving business, we’re looking for someone who is comfortable wearing different hats and jumping in wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day customer service and customer inquiries

• Pack and prepare customer orders accurately and beautifully

• Process shipping and help manage outgoing orders

• Count, organize, and maintain inventory

• Help receive and organize new merchandise

• Keep the workspace, products, and shipping area organized

• Assist with general office and small-business tasks as needed

• Stay on top of orders, customer issues, and anything requiring follow-up

• Help ensure every customer has an excellent experience with the brand

• Keep up with current trends and understand the fast-paced nature of an e-commerce/social-media-driven brand

We're Looking for Someone Who Is

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and under pressure

• A problem solver who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told every next step

• A strong team player with a positive, flexible attitude

• Comfortable with computers, online orders, shipping systems, and customer communication

• Local to or able to reliably commute to the Beverly Grove area

• Available approximately 11:00 AM–5:00 PM, around 30 hours per week, with flexibility when the business requires it

Bonus, But Not Required

If you are crafty, creative, or good with your hands, that's a big plus! We occasionally need help with simple jewelry repairs, fixing pieces, assembling items, packaging ideas, and other creative projects. Jewelry experience is helpful but absolutely not required.

Compensation

$20–$30 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

We're looking for someone who wants to become an important part of a small, growing business—not someone who simply wants to clock in and out.
