Job description

We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our patient care team. This role is integral to ensuring high-quality support for both our in-office and off-site services. The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, and compassionate, with strong interpersonal and patient care skills.

Position Details

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday availability required. Schedule may vary (3–5 days per week depending on clinic needs and nurse availability).
  • Flexibility: Occasional off-site work required, including administering B12 injections.
  • Reports To: Physicians and clinic leadership team.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide basic medical and nursing care, including vitals and patient comfort.
  • Prepare treatment rooms, test kits, and labs; assist with lab sample collection and processing.
  • Administer injections to patients (including B12 and other therapies, in-office and off-site).
  • Complete and maintain patient documentation accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and staff to support patient care plans.
  • Record patient progress and health changes, and communicate with family members as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Current LVN license (California).
  • IV certification required.
  • Board-approved degree or certificate in Nursing, Health Sciences, or related field.
  • Prior clinical experience preferred.
  • Strong patient care and communication skills.
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English strongly preferred.
  • Must be reliable, organized, proactive, and compassionate.

Compensation: Based on experience.
