Mohican Lodge is a premier resort offering 96 newly renovated rooms in Perrysville, Ohio. Our lodge also offers exceptional dining options, catering facilities and a wide range of outdoor activities for guests to enjoy. We strive to provide the best customer service and create memorable experiences for all our guests. Join our team and be part of a dynamic and supportive work environment.
What We Offer:
- Competitive compensation package: $13 per hour paid bi-weekly

What You'll Do:
- Prepare clean, comfortable guest rooms by making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and adding the finishing touches that make guests feel welcome
- Keep rooms fully stocked with fresh amenities, supplies, and thoughtful details guests appreciate
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers, and common areas to support a safe, spotless lodge environment
- Spot and report maintenance needs or room concerns so our team can respond quickly
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, helping ensure every stay is smooth and enjoyable
- Bring a friendly, helpful attitude to every guest and team interaction
- Follow safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards with care and consistency
What We're Looking For:
- Previous housekeeping, hotel, or similar cleaning experience is preferred, but we will train anyone with a strong work ethic and positive, team-oriented attitude
- A sharp eye for detail and pride in completing work thoroughly
- The ability to stay organized, work independently, and keep pace in a busy hospitality setting
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift
- Strong communication skills and a guest-first approach
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed
