E-Commerce & Brand Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to help support a growing apparel and

lifestyle brand. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, proactive, and comfortable working across

multiple online platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and update products on Shopify

• Edit and enhance product photos using Adobe Photoshop

• Organize product information, images, and inventory records

• Upload products, descriptions, pricing, and collections

• Navigate various online platforms and software tools efficiently

• Maintain accurate data and ensure website content is error-free

• Assist with brand organization, product launches, and daily operations

• Identify and resolve issues before they become problems

Qualifications:

• Experience using Shopify

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop

• Strong computer and internet navigation skills

• Excellent attention to detail

• Highly organized with strong time-management skills

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently

• Strong communication skills

• Prior e-commerce or apparel industry experience is a plus
