Position Summary...What you'll do...Role summary:
The (USA) Manager, Assortment Activation, leads the planning and execution of modular assortment initiatives to ensure efficient resource allocation and timely delivery. This role oversees day-to-day operations, coordinates cross-functional communication, and provides expert guidance to maintain high execution standards. By tracking progress, managing risks, and driving continuous improvement, the manager supports operational excellence and team development. The position requires strong project coordination, data analysis, and process improvement skills to align execution with strategic objectives while fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
About the team:
The Assortment Activation team drives efficient planning and execution within Hardlines categories, ensuring key milestones are achieved with quality and timeliness. The team offers expert guidance, monitors progress, and resolves challenges to deliver consistent outcomes. Collaboration across functions supports clear communication and strategic alignment. Focused on continuous improvement, the team leverages data and digital tools to enhance execution effectiveness. Members contribute to operational excellence by coordinating resources and processes while upholding integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction, supporting business goals through focused and well-organized efforts.
What you'll do:
  • Plan and balance workload assignments to optimize resource allocation and meet project milestones with quality and timeliness.
  • Coordinate daily execution activities, managing timelines, dependencies, and resources to ensure seamless relay operations.
  • Provide expert guidance on modular execution standards and walkthrough practices, supporting associates to maintain consistent quality.
  • Track progress, identify risks, and remove obstacles to achieve deadlines and performance goals.
  • Translate leadership and analyst requirements into clear, actionable execution plans with ongoing communication of updates and decisions.
  • Capture feedback and performance data to drive continuous improvement and refine execution processes.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering operational excellence and growth opportunities.

  • Proven experience in workload planning, resource allocation, and project coordination to meet deadlines with quality and efficiency.
  • Strong knowledge of modular execution standards and planogram literacy to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.

  • Skilled in mentoring, coaching, and developing team members to foster operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in data analysis and process improvement to drive informed decision-making and optimize execution practices.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
