Job description

  • 5+ years of experience in construction operations, project management, or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of multi-residential renovations and commercial buildings.
  • Experience managing Project Managers, supervisors, or construction teams.( 20-50ppl)
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control, estimating.
  • Proven ability to create structure and improve operational efficiency.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of construction software and project management platforms, estimating, blueprints etc.
