Job Responsibilities & Requirements
A Brief Overview
Answers phones, filing, data entry, handle mail, organize files, receive inventory in systems, keep office areas clean and organized, other office duties as requested
What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
  • Organize and coordinate departmental meetings and events.
  • Manage facilities and office supplies to support efficient office operations.
  • Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for department staff.
  • Prepare and maintain departmental records and reports.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries and direct them to appropriate personnel.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of department policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • High School/GED required
  • Up to 1 Year administrative, facilities, or related experience required
  • Able to use Microsoft Office Applications
Soft Skills
  • Must have good organizational skills
  • Must possess good interpersonal skills
Physical Demands
This role is performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone and other office equipment are used as needed to perform the duties of the role.
