About the Role:
Join Misty Clean as a Cleaning Technician and be a part of a dedicated team that transforms spaces into pristine environments. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who take pride in their work and thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform detailed cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, ensuring high standards of cleanliness.
  • Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
  • Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Manage time effectively to complete tasks within scheduled appointments.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
  • Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve company goals and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills and reliability.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Background check may be required.
