We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Practice Physician to join our well-established and rapidly expanding patient-centered medical group. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice traditional outpatient primary care in a supportive and collaborative environment, with significant earning potential and leadership growth.

Position Summary:

The Family Practice Physician will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages within our established outpatient clinic. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care and contributing to the continued success of our growing practice.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including preventative care, acute care, and chronic disease management.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and ordering/interpreting diagnostic tests.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, emphasizing patient education and preventive medicine.
  • Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular disease.
  • Perform minor office procedures as needed.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurse practitioners and physician assistants, to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records using the fully integrated ATHENA Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
  • Participate in a shared call system, supported by nurse practitioners and physician assistants.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and adhere to best practices.
  • Potential for leadership opportunities within the growing practice.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
  • Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
  • Board certification in Family Medicine.
  • Active and unrestricted Florida medical license is required.
  • DEA license and other required certifications.
  • Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.   
  • Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems, specifically ATHENA EMR.   
  • No history of malpractice issues.
