Full job description
We're Mirola Cleaning Services, a growing commercial cleaning company based in New Jersey. We partner with experienced cleaners to service recurring commercial accounts — daycares, offices, and gyms across the NJ area.

We're not looking for just anyone. We're looking for people who take pride in their work, show up consistently, and want a reliable stream of income on their own schedule.

What this looks like:

Recurring commercial accounts — same locations, same schedule every week
Flexible hours — mornings, afternoons, or evenings depending on the account
Independent contract arrangement — you work on your own terms
Room to grow — the more reliable you are, the more accounts we offer you
What we're looking for:

At least 2 year of cleaning experience (commercial required)
Reliable transportation in the NJ area
Ability to purchase and maintain your own cleaning supplies
Someone who is punctual, detail-oriented, and communicates well
Ability to follow our cleaning protocols and checklists for each location
