What You'll Do

• Assist clients with policy questions, claims, and updates
• Resolve issues promptly and professionally to ensure client satisfaction
• Collaborate with agents and team members to deliver seamless service
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Provide helpful information about insurance products and services

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Basic computer proficiency (CRM systems, MS Office)
• Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
• Able to obtain a Life/Health License
