Founded in 2017 and part of MSQ (1,850+ people, 22 offices), Miri Growth is a specialist mobile performance marketing agency - combining bold creative with user acquisition to drive sustainable growth across gaming, fintech, EdTech, health & fitness and more. Globally, we work with some of the world's most exciting mobile brands; Supercell, Zynga, EA, Blizzard, King, Capital One and more, running performance‑led creative and UA campaigns across media platforms.
Our experienced in-house creative team handles everything from UGC and motion design to Unity 3D and live action.
The Role
This is a senior, hands‑on commercial leadership role for someone who can build a market, not just work one.
You'll be Miri's most senior sales figure in North America -owning new business end to end, driving the full sales cycle, and shaping how we show up in the region. That means setting go‑to‑market strategy, building our profile with the brands and studios that matter, and creating the kind of demand that compounds over time.
Selling will be the majority of the role. But you'll approach it as someone who understands that a healthy pipeline is built as much through positioning, content, and presence as through outreach. You won't run marketing single‑handedly - you'll set the direction, drawing on dedicated central campaign and creative support, with strategic steer from senior leadership.
Delivery is handled from the UK/ Europe. The role will be housed alongside our MS colleagues (100+ in the New York office), but will be remote from the main Miri employee base.
The Location
We have an established and growing presence in North America, with our US office at 50 West 23rd, New York. We're now looking for an exceptional leader to own and scale our commercial footprint in the US market.
You will be required to visit the UK office in London (typically 1‑2 times per year) and be prepared to visit regional (US) clients and events as required.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Sales (c. 80%)
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, targeting mobile app advertisers across gaming, fintech, EdTech, health & fitness and other app‑first verticals.
- Achieving in year sales sales targets set in collaboration with the senior leadership team
- Build and convert a high‑quality pipeline of new logos - drawing on a mix of outbound through self‑generated outbound, networking, and events and the inbound brand‑led demand you help create - with emphasis on new-to‑Miri accounts, not just referrals.
- Sell consultatively to CMOs, VPs of Growth and UA leads - connecting Miri's creative + performance model to each client’s CPA, ROAS, LTV and retention objectives.
- Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for North America, reporting regularly to agency leadership.
- Represent Miri Growth at key industry events, conferences and client meetings; acting as a compelling ambassador for the agency's capabilities and results.
- We will expect you to travel to conferences, events and clients when required.
Go‑to‑Market & Brand Leadership (c. 20%)
- Define and execute a North America go‑to‑market and demand generation strategy in partnership with global leadership.
- Develop and localise sales and marketing assets, case studies, pitch decks, thought leadership content, social, etc, that articulate Miri's creative and UA proposition to the North American market.
- Own the North American go‑to‑market and demand‑generation strategy, deciding how Miri builds awareness, pipeline and reputation in the region, with strategic direction from senior leadership and central campaign resources to execute it.
- Direct the content and campaigns that tell Miri’s story in North America; case studies, pitch decks, thought leadership, social and ABM, setting the brief and the angle while the central campaign and creative resource produces and localises the work, so you shape the market without becoming the production line.
- Identify and pursue co‑selling and joint marketing opportunities with platform partners, including Meta, TikTok, Google, Apple Ads and relevant ad networks.
Requirements
- Proven new business track record in mobile performance marketing, mobile advertising or ad tech, with a history of owning and exceeding revenue targets in the US market.
- Deep UA knowledge across paid social (Meta, TikTok, Snap), Google UAC, Apple Search Ads and mobile DSPs - including fluency with iOS privacy changes (ATT/SKAdNetwork) and privacy‑first measurement.
- Fluency with MMPs (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Singular), mobile attribution and performance KPIs - CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention - plus familiarity with incrementality testing and modern measurement.
- Strong analytical and pipeline management skills; experienced with CRM tools (Hubspot desirable) and reporting platforms to track performance and forecast revenue.
- A demand‑generation mindset: a track record of building pipelines in a market where the brand is not yet well known, not just working warm or referred accounts.
- Strong instincts for content and thought leadership; able to shape the story and positioning that earn attention with senior client audiences, and to brief others to produce it.
- Campaign and ABM thinking: comfortable designing targeted, account‑based programmes that combine outbound, events and marketing to open and progress high‑value opportunities.
Ideally you will have:
- An existing network of mobile app advertisers and publishers across gaming, fintech, EdTech or health & fitness - particularly US‑based.
- Prior experience at a mobile growth agency, performance marketing agency, or mobile ad tech platform.
- Ideally, experience speaking at industry events, webinars or panels on mobile marketing, UA or creative strategy.
