Creative Graphic Designer & Production Specialist

Minuteman Press Leduc is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Production Specialist to join our team. This dual role involves creating stunning visuals and bringing them to life on the production floor. You will design and prep files for print, signage, and packaging, then operate equipment to produce finished products. As a team member in our fast paced environment you will also multitask in other roles as needed, including customer service.Key Responsibilities:

• Design, prepare, and preflight print-ready graphics (signage, packaging, brochures).
• Operate large format printing equipment and cutting machines.
• Ensure color accuracy and quality control of finished products.
• Liaise with clients for design approvals and print specs.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design and print production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of print preparation, bleed, color management, and production equipment.

Salary Range: starting at $18.00/h
