With locations in Palmerston and Stratford Ontario, we are a Tier1 supplier of injection molded interior/exterior parts & assemblies to Toyota and Honda. Production Team Members play a vital role in supporting the production of high quality parts in a Just-in-time environment. Your success is one of our top priorities and by working in one of our production departments you will find there are endless opportunities for growth leading to an exciting and dynamic career in the Automotive Industry.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Starting wages of $20.55/hr
  • Paid overtime after 40/hours per week
  • Company Performance Bonuses
  • Shift Premiums ranging from +$0.40 to +$0.65 (Afternoon Shift) & +$1.00 (Night Shift)
  • Paint Booth Premiums +$0.50 (in addition to Shift Premiums)

We offer a very extensive benefit program:

  • Company Paid time off: Up to 10 Days + 5 Float Days to start, 15 Days + 5 Float Days (1st full year)
  • Benefits start from Day 1 – 90% Medical, 80% Dental, Variety of Paramedical Coverage ($500/service)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a safe and clean environment
  • Produce Quality products
  • Meet hourly production quotas
  • Document daily production
  • Ensure a positive work environment and awareness of company quality policy, goals, objectives and your role in TG Minto’s success. Follow work instructions.

Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is preferred –or—successful completion of an aptitude test

You must be able to bend, reach, lift and perform the other physical requirements of the job. Accommodations can be made.
