Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Open Positions

  • Per Diem Day Shift: 7:00 A.M - 3:00 P.M

  • Per Diem Evening Shift: 3:00 P.M - 11:00 P.M

  • Per Diem Night Shift: 11:00 P.M - 7:00 A.M

  • Per Diem Weekends

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Mineral Springs, a 95-bed skilled nursing facility in North Conway, NH. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our residents and contributing to our mission of providing exceptional care tailored to each individual's needs.

Your Role:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Mineral Springs, you will be responsible for:

  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

  • Monitoring patient health and reporting changes to the medical team

  • Assisting with daily living activities and providing emotional support

  • Documenting patient information accurately and maintaining confidentiality

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:

  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of New Hampshire

  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional care
