Licensed Social Worker (LMSW)

Job Summary

Mindset Mental Support is seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to provide counseling services to individuals in a hybrid setting in Mount Vernon, NY. As an integral member of our team, you will support clients facing challenges by offering therapy in a supportive and confidential setting. This part-time role is ideal for a clinician who values meaningful work, strong client relationships, and helping individuals navigate stress, life transitions, and emotional challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual counseling sessions in a hybrid setting

  • Conduct initial assessments and develop short-term treatment plans

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal requirements

  • Uphold strict confidentiality and ethical standards of care

Qualifications

  • Active Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) license in the state of NY

  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical assessment skills

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining high professional standards

  • Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, and client-centered care
