What You'll Do

As a member of our clinical team, you will provide compassionate outpatient behavioral health services to:

  • Children

  • Adolescents

  • Adults

  • Couples

  • Families

Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments

  • Develop individualized treatment plans

  • Provide evidence-based psychotherapy

  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers to coordinate care

  • Support clients in achieving meaningful and lasting change

  • Participate in Equine-Facilitated Therapy services (training available for interested clinicians)

Qualifications

We're looking for clinicians who are passionate about helping others and committed to providing ethical, high-quality care.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field

  • Active South Carolina license as an LPC, LPCA, or LISW-CP

  • Strong understanding of DSM-5-TR diagnostic criteria

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive clinical team

  • Comfortable working around horses or willing to learn about Equine-Facilitated Therapy

Previous equine experience is not required—but a bonus.
