Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video calls to assist clients in improving their mental health.
• Facilitate discussions around emotions, experiences, and personal challenges to empower clients in developing insights into themselves and their relationships.
• Act as a client advocate, helping to define therapeutic goals and guiding them toward achieving those objectives.
• Evaluate clients’ mental health conditions to tailor and implement treatment plans utilizing your clinical expertise.
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation while adhering to best practices in confidentiality and ethics.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Mindful Focus Therapy Solutions, you will primarily serve a client population that is prescreened for stability and presents with low acuity. This carefully curated client base allows you to engage in meaningful therapeutic relationships, focusing on prevention and enhancement of mental wellness rather than crisis management. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling.
• Possession of an active and independent professional license, including LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW, issued by the state board (limited or provisional licenses are not accepted).
• Strong evaluation and decision-making skills to craft effective treatment plans.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage clients empathetically and establish trust.
• Proficient computer literacy to navigate our therapist portal and other online resources effectively.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in telehealth settings or familiarity with online therapy platforms will be advantageous. A proven track record of successful client outcomes, as well as the ability to manage a caseload independently, will enhance your application.

Compensation and Benefits
