Work Environment

This role provides the unique advantage of working remotely from anywhere in the United States, including the sunny city of Anaheim, California. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 1-on-1 telehealth counseling sessions with clients, focusing on their mental health needs.
• Address sub-clinical issues such as work-related stress, procrastination, life transitions, and more.
• Empower clients to identify and achieve personal and professional goals, improving their overall quality of life.
• Collaborate thoughtfully with our internal clinical team, providing feedback and suggestions to enhance our therapy programs and mental health platform.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and progress, utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a varied clientele that includes individuals facing a wide range of emotional challenges and mental health concerns. Your expertise will support clients from different backgrounds, helping them navigate their unique circumstances and fostering personal development through targeted counseling strategies.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• An active and valid state license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A minimum of two years of professional experience providing counseling services to individuals dealing with emotional and psychological challenges.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust in a virtual environment.

Preferred Experience

• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems; experience in their usage is preferred but not necessary.
• Experience working in telehealth or remote therapy settings is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to improve mental health care delivery.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, based on your experience and commitment to providing exceptional care. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
