Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and establish effective treatment strategies tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Implement individualized therapy sessions aimed at facilitating personal growth, emotional well-being, and recovery.
• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and continuously monitor their progress to ensure alignment with treatment objectives.
• Provide innovative teletherapy solutions, making mental health support accessible to clients with mobility challenges or those who prefer remote sessions.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation to uphold ethical standards, tracking client interactions and treatment plans in a confidential manner.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Mind Intervention Counseling Center, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing trauma, anxiety disorders, and addiction challenges. Your work will involve both individual and group therapy sessions, allowing you to address specific family dynamics and relationship issues while also providing holistic support tailored to each participant's needs.

Qualifications

• Must possess an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• An empathetic, nonjudgmental attitude toward clients’ experiences, showcasing understanding and compassion.

Preferred Experience
