Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' presenting issues, histories, and treatment objectives.
  • Provide evidence-based individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness techniques, and narrative therapy.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop customized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and promote therapeutic progress.
  • Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work closely with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing chronic illness, family dynamics in hospice care, and those seeking improvements in their mental health. Your experience will enable you to tailor approaches that resonate with each individual or family unit, ensuring that their emotional and psychological needs are met effectively.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
  • Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.
  • Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in a hospice or mental health setting.
  • Strong foundational skills in assessment, treatment planning, and the implementation of therapeutic interventions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, good listening abilities, and a deep sense of empathy.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in hospice care or working with terminally ill patients.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, our benefits package includes:
