<p data-start="203" data-end="297">Minami is looking for an experienced bartender with strong leadership skills to join our team.</p> <p data-start="299" data-end="580">Located in the heart of Yaletown, Minami is a Japanese–West Coast restaurant known for thoughtful hospitality, premium ingredients, and a refined cocktail and sake program. Our bar focuses on Japanese and local spirits, seasonal ingredients, and cocktails designed to complement our cuisine.</p> <p data-start="582" data-end="669">This is a unique opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career.</p> <p><strong data-start="675" data-end="701">How the position works</strong></p> <p data-start="703" data-end="829">You'll begin as a <strong data-start="721" data-end="744">part-time bartender</strong> (approximately 2 shifts per week) to learn our service style, team, and bar program.</p> <p data-start="831" data-end="1115">Beginning in <strong data-start="844" data-end="857">September</strong>, you'll start working closely alongside our current Bar Manager, gradually taking on leadership responsibilities and learning all aspects of the role.
