Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Entry-Level Customer Service role located in Hartford, CT. The role involves providing exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Other day-to-day tasks include maintaining a strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences, ensuring satisfaction, and upholding professional communication standards, including phone etiquette and written correspondence. You will collaborate with team members to improve service processes and contribute to customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and delivering a positive Customer Experience
• Ability to maintain and ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Proficient in Phone Etiquette and professional communication
• Strong problem-solving, active listening, and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with excellent time management skills
• Familiarity with CRM systems or basic computer skills is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a bonus
