What You'll Do:

• Lead and support the BOH team during every shift.
• Work stations alongside your team while maintaining food quality and speed.
• Train, coach, and develop kitchen staff.
• Ensure all food is prepared from scratch according to company standards.
• Monitor inventory, prep levels, food safety, and cleanliness.
• Help control labor, food costs, and kitchen efficiency.
• Maintain a positive, team-focused culture.
