Salary: $90,000–$105,000 annually

Milestone Achievements is actively seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Director to join our growing team.

For the past three years, Milestone Achievements has proudly served families throughout Georgia by providing high-quality, in-home and community-based ABA therapy. As we continue to grow, we know that we cannot do it alone. We are looking for the right clinical leader to help guide our team, strengthen our services, and take Milestone to the next level.

The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent people skills, and the ability to serve as a trusted role model and resource for our current BCBAs. We are looking for someone who is calm, approachable, collaborative, and able to understand both the clinical and day-to-day operational challenges that come with providing ABA services.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a small clinical caseload

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments

• Review assessments and treatment plans completed by other BCBAs

• Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and support to the BCBA team

• Promote clinical quality, consistency, and ethical service delivery

• Assist with complex cases and clinical problem-solving

• Work closely with the Director of Operations on company-wide growth and development

• Help improve clinical systems, workflows, and internal processes

• Support BCBA onboarding, training, and professional development

• Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to the long-term vision of Milestone Achievements

• Help ensure compliance with BACB, payer, and state requirements

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing

• Eligible for or currently holding all required Georgia credentials

• Previous experience supervising or mentoring BCBAs preferred

• Strong assessment, treatment-planning, and clinical-review skills

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Calm, professional, and solutions-oriented approach

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to balance clinical excellence with operational realities

• Passion for supporting both families and clinical team members
