Job Title: Commission-Based Cold Caller / Sales Development Representative

About Mile High Standard Marketing:

Mile High Standard is a growing social media marketing agency based in Colorado. We help local businesses build their brand and grow their online presence through Instagram and Facebook management.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated, commission-only cold caller to help us bring in new clients. You will be reaching out to local businesses, following our proven script, and setting up conversations with potential clients. This is a fully remote, flexible position — work whenever you want, as much as you want.

What You'll Do:

• Cold call local businesses from a provided lead list
• Follow our sales script to qualify potential clients
• Pass warm leads to our team to close
• Track all calls and outcomes in our CRM

What You'll Earn:

• $100 commission per closed client
• No cap on earnings — the more you call, the more you make
• Payments sent within 7 days of client signing

Who We're Looking For:

• Sales or cold calling experience preferred but not required
