About the role

Seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide day-to-day support to owner of busy construction company and real estate management company. This role suits someone who anticipates needs before they're voiced, keeps many moving pieces on track, and handles confidential matters with complete professionalism.

The role may require early starts and late stays and may have some very undemanding days as well

Key responsibilities

• Manage a complex calendar: schedule meetings, resolve conflicts, and protect time for priorities
• Screen and manage emails, calls, and correspondence; draft replies
• Prepare meeting materials, take notes, and track follow-up items to completion
• Handle expense reports, invoices, receipts, and basic budget tracking
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
• Run personal errands and coordinate household or family logistics
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external vendors as the first point of contact
• Experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar support role
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and spanish a plus
• Strong command of Google Workspace / Microsoft Office, calendar tools, and messaging platforms
• Proven ability to prioritize and juggle competing demands without dropping details
• Absolute discretion with confidential and personal information
• Valid driver's license and reliable transport
• Flexibility to respond outside standard hours when genuinely needed

Nice to have

• Experience supporting all of the needs for executive, entrepreneur and household office
• Familiarity with expense software, project management tools and wiling to learn other software
