Mike Watson State Farm is seeking a high-performing Remote Acquisitions Specialist to drive new business growth for our expanding agency. This is a production-focused role designed for an experienced State Farm sales professional who knows how to prospect, quote, close, and consistently exceed production goals.

Minimum Qualifications (Required)
To be considered, applicants must meet all of the following requirements:

• Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses.
  
• Minimum of one (1) year of State Farm agency experience.
  
• Verifiable history of successful insurance sales production.
  
• Ability to provide proof of production (production reports may be requested during the hiring process).
  
• Ability to provide a strong professional reference from a former State Farm agent or agency manager.
  
  

What You'll Do

• Generate new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, internet leads, and follow-up.
  
• Build and maintain a high-volume sales pipeline.
  
• Quote, present, and close Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Life, and other State Farm products.
  
• Conduct consultative, needs-based conversations that uncover coverage gaps and create opportunities.
  
• Consistently cross-sell multiple product lines to maximize household penetration.
  
• Meet and exceed daily activity standards, monthly production goals, and closing expectations.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation while following all State Farm and regulatory guidelines.
  
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first conversation through policy issuance.
