As our Insurance Staff, you will leverage your deep knowledge of insurance products and industry trends to connect with clients, understand their unique needs, and offer tailored solutions that deliver real value.

What You’ll Do:

  • Proactively develop and manage leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs
  • Market appropriate insurance products and services that best fit each client
  • Collaborate closely with agents and team members to establish and exceed sales goals
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and maintain total commitment to success every day
  • Build and nurture long-lasting customer relationships alongside your agency’s team
What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous sales experience is a plus (outside/inside sales, retail, telemarketing), but not required — we value your drive and attitude!
  • Strong communication skills and ability to connect with customers effectively
  • Comfortable using phone and basic computer systems
