We are actively looking for an Account Executive to join our team.
Mier Human Capital is a leader in specialized recruitment solutions, helping organizations connect with top talent across industries. We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join our sales team and focus exclusively on new business development and client account growth.
This is a high-impact sales role where you will represent our suite of recruitment services, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. If you are passionate about sales, motivated by results, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for generating and growing business opportunities by:
  • Identifying and prospecting new clients through outbound calls, networking, and market research.
  • Presenting and promoting Mier Human Capital's recruitment services to decision-makers.
  • Conducting client meetings and presentations (virtual and in-person) to understand their business needs.
  • Developing customized solutions and proposals to meet client workforce requirements.
  • Negotiating pricing and agreements to close deals and secure long-term partnerships.
  • Managing and growing a portfolio of client accounts while ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Maintaining an active pipeline of leads and opportunities to consistently achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborating with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless client delivery once accounts are secured.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with:
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management (professional services experience preferred).
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong ability to identify client pain points and position solutions effectively.
  • Resilience, persistence, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Post-secondary education is an asset.
