• Support private banking officers on new loans and new accounts
• Monitor daily workflow and operations
• Develop and maintain multiple tracking reports for the department (production, referrals to other units, status monitoring etc.)
• Assist with scheduling meetings, travel and appointments for the team
• Create meeting agendas and take notes for those meetings
• Assist with expense reports
• Data entry and monitoring of the CRM
• Data entry for mortgages, business express loans and commercial/consumer credit cards
• Assist with compliance for mortgages and other loans as necessary
• Scan and secure file transfer for all financials associated with credit processes
• Assist with marketing related activities such as event planning and client tracking
• Notarize loan documents
