Warehouse Clerk


Location: Middle River

Pay Rate: $22.00 / hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM


We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk to manage our Driver Check-in process and support overall facility operations. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating directly with vendors, drivers, and customers while maintaining accurate inventory and order assembly. This position requires operating an electric pallet jack and utilizing computer systems to manage warehouse workflows.


Key Responsibilities

  • Driver & Vendor Check-In: Communicate professionally with drivers, vendors, and customers via email, phone, and in person.
  • Vendor Coordination: Maintain ongoing communication with multiple facility vendors (uniforms, vending, cleaning services, etc.).
  • Inventory Management: Conduct inventory management duties, including handling product returns and processing stock updates.
  • Order Assembly & Selection: Read customer orders, work orders, and shipping requisitions to assemble, gather, and relocate stock to designated holding areas or pallets.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate an electric pallet jack to move materials and assemble orders throughout the warehouse.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED required; no prior warehouse experience required.
  • Computer Skills: Basic PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office suite and presentation software.
  • Communication & Professionalism: Results-oriented with strong verbal/written communication skills, exercising diplomacy and discretion.
  • Core Competencies: Ability to multitask, work independently or in a team, pay high attention to detail, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands/fingers to operate computer keyboards and phone equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Prior experience operating warehouse equipment (electric pallet jack)
