About the Role:
Join Midas VINELAND as an Assistant Manager and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and operational excellence. Be part of a dynamic team in Vineland, NJ, where your leadership will help drive success and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist the manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues promptly.
  • Supervise and train staff to maintain high standards of performance.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to meet business demands.
  • Assist in financial management, including budgeting and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational policies.
  • Help develop marketing strategies to attract new customers.
  • Support the manager in achieving sales targets and business goals.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive services and products is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused attitude.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
