Description
Job Responsibilities:
  • Lawn mowing- maintain the appearance of lawns by moving regularly
  • Grass trimming- trim grass around edges, walkways, and other areas
  • Gas blower- use a gas blower to clear leaves and debris from walkways and other areas
  • Power Washing- clean surfaces using a pwer washer
  • Shoveling- remove snow and debris from walkways and driveways
  • Raking- collect leaves and other debris from lawns and gardens
  • Hauling- transport materials and equipment as needed
  • Loading- load and unload materials and equipment
  • Cleaning- perform general cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness of facilities
  • Ladder Climbing- safely use ladders to perform maintenance task at various heights.

Requirements
  • Requirements:
    • Performs general cleaning and minor maintenance duties in maintaining MidMichigan Community Health Services building, adjacent walks and grounds, and equipment, orderly and functional condition.
    • Proven experience in general maintenance or similar role
    • Ability to operate maintenance equipment and tools
    • Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor
    • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
    • Good communication and teamwork abilities
    • Provides assistance to staff, visitors, and other employees as necessary

    Education Requirements:
    • Entry level
    • High School Diploma
