P6 Scheduler
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented P6 Scheduler to join our project management and estimating team. This role is key to ensuring that our electrical construction projects stay on track, on budget, and on time. If you’re experienced in Primavera P6 and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, we want to meet you.
What You Will Be Doing:
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 for multiple projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers, field supervisors, engineers, and estimators to build logic-driven, resource-loaded schedules.
  • Perform schedule updates, baseline comparisons, and critical path analyses.
  • Identify project risks and potential delays—recommend mitigation strategies to keep things moving.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports, including look-ahead schedules and resource forecasting.
  • Facilitate schedule review meetings and provide updates to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to team members on best practices for scheduling.
  • Support and promote the company’s core values: Exceptional Work Ethic, Always Doing the Right Thing, Customer Service Driven, and Treating Our People Like Family.
Key Experience to Hit the Ground Running:
  • A degree in construction management or equivalent experience in electrical service and construction is required.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience scheduling construction projects using Primavera P6.
  • Deep understanding of construction sequencing, particularly for electrical scopes of work.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
  • Familiarity with earned value management, change management, and cost controls is a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and on a team.
  • Highly organized with a sharp attention to detail and a proactive approach.

  • Compensation for the P6 Scheduler role ranges from $95,000 to $135,000 annually depending on experience
