As an Insurance Sales Producer, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients and driving sales. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing client inquiries, and focusing on selling our insurance products. This is a full-time, in-office position with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Assist clients with policy inquiries, changes, and claims processes.
• Focus on selling insurance policies to meet client needs and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation with strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrate professional email and phone etiquette.
• Learn and stay updated on insurance products and services.
• Work towards obtaining necessary insurance licenses if not already licensed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Punctual and reliable with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Currently licensed preferred.
• Professional demeanor with strong basic office skills including internet navigation, Word, Excel, and utilization of Adobe PDF.
• Proficient in email and phone etiquette.
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed goals.
