Job Opening: Hotshot Truck Driver (Solo or Team)

Pay Range: $0.66 – $0.74 per mile OR Percentage of Load

Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly (Every 2 weeks)

About the Position

We are seeking a reliable, safety-conscious Solo or Team Hotshot Driver for long-haul interstate routes. You will be operating brand-new, top-tier equipment (newly purchased power unit + upcoming 40' flatbed trailer). If you are looking for high-earning potential with structured time off and dedicated dispatch support, this is the role for you.

Pay & Incentives

• Competitive Pay: $0.66 to $0.74 per mile (based on experience) OR percentage of load pay structure.
• Tarping Pay: Extra pay provided for tarped loads.
• Performance Bonuses: Bonuses awarded for consistent, on-time deliveries.
• Fuel Card: Company-provided fuel card for seamless operations.

Schedule & Home Time

• Work Cycle: 5 Weeks ON / 1 Week OFF
• Route Type: Interstate (Multi-state, long-distance freight—no intrastate-only routes).
• Dispatch: Dedicated, direct support 

Qualifications & Requirements

• License: Class A CDL or Non-CDL (Class A preferred; non-CDL drivers must meet standard transport guidelines).
• Experience: Flatbed towing/hauling experience is a strong plus.
• Driving Record: Clean MVR for the last 10 years.
• Medical / Physical:
• • Active DOT Physical / Medical Waiver required if Class A CDL.
  • No physical waiver needed for Non-CDL drivers.
• Background & Screening: Must pass a full background check and Urine Analysis (UA) drug screen.
• Policy Compliance:
• • Strictly Non-Smoking (In-cab & equipment).
  • No Pets Allowed.
• Hours of Service: Must operate within ELD regulations to track hours accurately.
