We're growing our San Antonio team and looking for an Insurance Sales Agent who is ready to connect with people, create new business opportunities, and build lasting client relationships.

This isn't a role where you'll simply wait for the phone to ring. You'll work with leads and referrals, follow up with prospects, develop new opportunities, and help clients find the right protection for their needs. What You'll Accomplish

Your goal is simple: create opportunities, help clients make confident insurance decisions, and grow your book of business.

You'll connect with prospective customers to learn about their needs and recommend personalized Auto, Home, Life, and Business Insurance solutions. You'll prepare and present quotes, explain coverage in an easy-to-understand way, and confidently guide prospects through the sales process.

Consistent follow-up will be an important part of your success. You'll manage leads, maintain an active pipeline, identify cross-selling opportunities within existing households, and keep accurate notes and activity in our CRM.

You'll also work closely with the rest of the agency team to make sure new clients receive a smooth and professional experience from their first conversation forward.

Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred.

Already have your insurance licenses? Great. If not, we're open to motivated candidates who are willing to obtain the required licensing.
