Schedule Options
We are a 24/7, 365-day organization with opportunities that may include:
- Day shifts
- Evening shifts

Scheduling availability may vary by location and program needs.
What You'll Do
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor, assess, and document health status
- Coordinate and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with caregivers, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure regulatory compliance
- Provide clinical guidance and support to direct care staff
- Respond appropriately to health-related concerns and emergencies
- Promote the health, safety, and well-being of the individuals we support
What You Bring
We're looking for compassionate, dependable nurses who are committed to delivering high-quality care.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in Tennessee
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Commitment to person-centered care
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, long-term care, behavioral health, or developmental disabilities services
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in residential or community-based settings
