Job Description

Provide high-quality clinical assistance during orthodontic procedures.
Manage digital workflows, including 3D scanning and printing of dental models.
Maintain a fast-paced schedule while ensuring patient comfort and care.
Collaborate with the team to maintain office cohesiveness and efficiency.

Salary Range

Part-time $20 - $25 per hour

Shift & Schedule

Flexible work hours (16–30 hours per week)

Requirements
  • Certified Orthodontic Assistant
  • Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Orthodontic clinical assistance.
License: Must hold a valid Texas Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license.
Skills: Proficiency in four-handed dentistry (experience in general or oral surgery is a major plus).
Tech-Savvy: Willingness to learn and operate 3D scanners and 3D printers.
Attributes: Excellent time management, high malleability (eager to learn), and a true team-player mentality.
