Remote Donation Call Specialist
Remote Donation Call Specialist | Work-from-Home with Purpose Do you love helping others and making every conversation count? We're hiring Remote Donation Call Specialists to help leading nonprofits raise critical funds that change lives. If you have a warm voice, strong attention to detail, and a heart for service — this is your opportunity to turn compassion into a career.
What You'll Do:
- Receive calls from generous donors
- Guide donors through the giving process with care
- Accurately record donation and donor details
- Provide outstanding follow-up and service (when needed)
- Reach performance goals that open doors for growth
Requirements What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or GED
- 6+ months remote OR 1+ year in-person customer service
- Clear verbal communication and active listening
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Quiet, professional home workspace
- Windows 11 PC/laptop (8GB RAM minimum, 16GB preferred)
- USB noise-canceling headset
- Wired internet connection
- No Chromebooks or Macs
- Dual monitors recommended
