Remote Donation Call Specialist$13-$15/hrFlexible,Mission-Driven Role
If you have a clear voice, a calm demeanor, and a passion forhelping others - we want you on our team.
Join us as aRemote Donation Call Specialistand help national nonprofit organizations connect with donorsand raise the funds they need to make a difference.
In This Role, You Will:
- Answer inbound calls and reach out to current/past donors
- Create a positive giving experience with clarity and care
- Accurately enter donation details into the system
- Ensure donor satisfaction through excellent service
- Achieve goals that open the door to promotions
The Basics:
- High school diploma or GED
- 6+ months remoteor1 year on-site customer support experience
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace
- Windows 11 PC (8GB RAM min; 16GB ideal)
- USB headset with noise cancellation
- Wired internet connection
- Dual monitors recommended
- No Macbooks or Chromebooks
