Description:
Serves as the first point of contact for all customer service issues.
Responsible for ensuring medications, supplies, and equipment are accurately recorded and sent to distribution.
Consults with Supervisors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of supplies and equipment.
Maintains patient privacy and confidentiality at all times according to established procedures.
Provides positive and supportive communication to supervisors, patients, families, visitors, and company personnel.
Answers customer calls and proactively works to resolve questions and concerns.
Documents all customer encounters, intakes complaints, and conducts outreach and retention efforts.
Assists with Primary Care Provider selections and handles all provider inquiries related to eligibility, claims, and authorizations.
Demonstrates strong customer service skills and attention to detail in all interactions.
