In this role, you will work primarily with diverse couples and families, as well as individual clients, addressing a wide range of personal and relational issues. You may work with clients dealing with communication problems, parenting issues, anxiety, depression, and trauma. Client diversity is central to our practice, and you will have the opportunity to support clients from various backgrounds and walks of life.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Current and valid Clinical Licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to establish rapport with clients and foster a sense of trust.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team, adapting to the needs of clients and the organization.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in outpatient settings, working with couples and families.
  • Experience with telehealth services and familiarity with behavioral therapy methods.
  • Ability to implement evidence-based practices and stay current with developments in the field of marriage and family therapy.
