RN - Mother Baby
Methodist Stone Oak Hospital is seeking an RN for the Mother Baby unit. This is a travel position with a shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, working three 13-week shifts per week for a total of 36 scheduled hours.
Location: Methodist Stone Oak Hospital, 1139 E Sonterra Blvd, San Antonio, TX 78258

Special Skills/Experience Required:
- NRP
- BLS
- Ability to care for high risk Antepartum patients as well as Postpartum recoveries
- Newborn Nursery experience
- 2+ years of hospital experience
Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed:
- Experience with Advanced FM
- RNC-OB certification
- Meditech experience
Specialty/Unit Certifications Required:
- ACTIVE TX RN LICENSE
Procedures performed on unit:
- IV placement
Patient Experience Required:
- Antepartum Care
- Newborn Nursery Care
Dress Code:
- Navy-scrub top and pant, Navy or white scrub jacket
- Clean and healthy nails, no artificial nails, gel, next gen, etc.
- Neat and clean hair with no extreme styles or colors
- Hair must be pulled back if shoulder length or longer when working in the lab
- Body art should be covered whenever possible
- Visible piercings other than ears is prohibited
Other Unit Guidelines/Policies:
- Floating Guidelines: May float to LAD
- Attendance Policies: The company wide attendance policy will be followed
