✅ What We’re Looking For Method Moving & Storage is hiring an experienced Lead Mover to run jobs, lead crews, and deliver top-tier customer service for residential and high-end moves.

This role is for professionals who can think on their feet, communicate clearly with customers, and lead a team efficiently.

Pay & Compensation

• Up to $30 per hour

• + $100’s in tips

• Prior experience as a Lead Mover

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

• Excellent customer service and communication

• Ability to lead a crew and make smart decisions on-site

• Professional attitude and appearance

• Pride in quality work and customer satisfaction

Requirements (Must Have)

• Clean background (background check required)

• Reliable personal vehicle

• Smartphone

• Basic moving tools (hand truck, tools, drill, etc.)

• Ability to lift heavy items safely

• Valid ID and legal authorization to work

• Punctual, dependable, and ready to work

⭐ Preferred Experience

• High-end or white-glove moving

• Handling stairs, tight access, and specialty items

• Experience protecting homes, furniture, and valuables
