Systems Architect Director – ServiceNow Solution Architect
4+Month Contract

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect with expertise in Business Continuity Management (BCM). The successful candidate will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow BCM solutions, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and effective solutions in a remote environment.
Responsibilities

Design and own end-to-end ServiceNow solution architecture aligned with business and IT strategies.

Architect, implement, and optimize Business Continuity Management (BCM) solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Configure foundation data, including entities, services, dependencies, and risk registers.

Design and manage roles, access controls, and security frameworks.

Develop and configure BCM plan templates, including Crisis Management, IT Disaster Recovery, and Business Unit Recovery plans.

Build approval workflows, notification processes, and automated BCM lifecycle activities.

Lead the migration of BCM plans and related data from legacy systems while ensuring data integrity.

Design and develop reports and dashboards to monitor BCM program performance and key metrics.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and architects to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Lead client workshops and translate business and technical requirements into well-defined user stories.

Produce architecture documentation, design specifications, configuration guides, and operational procedures.

Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and promote ServiceNow best practices and continuous improvement.
Requirements

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect.

Strong experience implementing and architecting ServiceNow Business Continuity Management (BCM) solutions.

Proven experience designing enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions from architecture through implementation.

Expertise in foundation data configuration, BCM plan development, roles and access controls, workflows, reporting, dashboards, and data migration.

Experience leading client workshops, gathering business and technical requirements, and translating them into user stories.

Strong technical leadership, stakeholder management, consulting, and mentoring experience.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Ability to work remotely and start immediately.
