Metalmaster Roofmaster is seeking an energetic, positive individual to join our team as a Safety Manager.
Position Summary:
The Safety Manager is a primarily field-based role responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day execution of the companys safety program on active jobsites. This position spends the majority of time in the field conducting inspections, coaching crews and leaders, verifying safe work practices, ensuring OSHA and company compliance, and driving corrective actions and continuous improvement to prevent incidents and reduce risk across all projects.
