Merit Hospice is looking for a dedicated Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing team serving patients and families throughout the DFW area. This is more than a nursing job — it’s an opportunity to make a meaningful difference during life’s most important moments.

• Provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients in homes and facilities
• Develop and coordinate individualized care plans
• Support patients and families with empathy, education, and advocacy
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary hospice team
• Ensure comfort, dignity, and quality of life for every patient
What We’re Looking For
• Current Texas RN license
• Hospice or home health experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and patientfocused
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
