Job Description:
- As a member of the McPherson-based team, you will be responsible for the general assembly of components in accordance with product specifications, engineering drawings, work orders, and quality procedures.
- You will be cross trained in a variety of tasks, including grinding, completing assembly checklists, testing parts, and monitoring stock bins. Your training will alsinclude the use of a variety of hand and pneumatic tools.
- You will report directly tthe Production Supervisor, as well as the Plant Manager.

- Ability twork effectively unsupervised.

- Ability trespond positively tfeedback and implement change in process and procedures as needed.
- Basic math skills
- Ability tunderstand and interpret drawings, BOMs and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Possess basic math skills.
- Requires a basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
What will your typical day look like?
- Assembles components according tblueprints, routers, work orders, checklists, and specifications tbuild, assemble, and test parts and finished goods that meet quality standards in an accurate and timely fashion.
- Accurately completes assembly checklists.
- Monitors stock bins in work area and reports stock needs tShop Floor Lead(s).
- Ensures a safe and healthy work environment by following company standards and procedures.
- Adheres tthe Client Code of Conduct.
- Other duties as assigned.
